WOOOW???!! I'm Back???

Well at first this was going to be a companion blog for my podcast, something y'all could read along to for more inside on the episode and my process behind it. That's too much work for me with school and working as well, so this is now just the Blog for the BAD NEWS BANDIT. I'll be coming on here weekly to post and get connected with y'all in a different form. I love writing and think it can really help to open lines of communication but also express real thoughts. When writing I can say more and paint a picture much more easily. It makes telling a story better and also more intricate. In this new blog, ill be diving into me and what I'm dealing with. I'll give y'all updates on my book, the podcast, music, anything and everything. This is just another place for y'all to come and read some good content. 

The Bad News Bandit

There is a story behind this name, a meaning behind the Head MotherFucker at The Outtakes. Because why would I call myself a CEO, that's boring and unoriginal. Here at the Outtakes, we take pride in creativity and being different. We want you to be greater and you can not be great when following in someone's shadow. I'm breaking the mold and creating my own lane and path. 

This is the Story of the Bad News Bandit.

Long ago, when I was a boy, a drunken man sat me down for a conversation. We talked for hours about stupid shit, things a young man needs to talk about. I learned about the real world, I learned to be creative and was shown the first example of breaking the mold. My uncle and I created superheroes with powers based around real world talents. Things that no normal man would ever be able to do, things only someone with extreme superiority and pizzazz could do. We created Super Shitfaced Damnit Man. The hero we did not know that we needed, and truly do not deserve. He can chug tall boys of Budwiser in seconds, has an atomic belch that causes nauseation, he can even fly (when drunk on a plane). This was where the Bad News Bandit was born, from this point on I saw my uncle as more than a man, he was the hero that brought me the light of creativity. He showed me you can pull anything out of your ass and make it funny, you can create stupid shit that people can and will love. I began to refer to my uncle in my head as the Bad News Bandit because he's always bad news and dressed and looks like the theater thug from Drake and Josh. I draw upon funny experiences I've been around him for, for humor. So upon starting the podcast I knew I would need a nickname, something to have y'all grasp onto and think "wow this kid is something else, guess ill keep listening" so I took the Bad News Bandit, and applied it to myself. Now I am Austin, the Bad News Bandit. A mullet loving, guitar picking, fast driving, thief in the night looking to steal untold riches, leaving a trail of ruins and defamation behind him. More than a man, more than a host, the Head MotherFucker in charge.
